Oh
I can’t believe Dumbledore and Voldemort were
actually the same person all along! …What? You haven’t gotten that far yet?
Ooh, sorry. Just… sorry. Man, that sucks.
Oh well, in any case: Greetings and salutations from your (hopefully) favorite non-Steven, Thursday Bulletin-sending internet personality, Andrew the Intern! Steven and company are off at Warped Tour once again, but us Untitled interns are staying behind to make fun of the Sauce interns (someone has to do it). Interesting fun fact: of the three Untitled interns, I am the only one with a gender-specific name. If you can correctly guess the respective genders of Morgan and Cameron, you will win a hurts donut. What is a hurts donut, you ask? Well, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
But enough jibba jabba, there is much news to convey. As I mentioned, the crew is at Warped Tour currently. They were in DC yesterday, and they’re in Moosic, PA today, so make sure to say hi if you’re there too. Here are the bands they’re talking to here on the east coast:
The Starting Line
Boys Like Girls
Funeral For a Friend
Underoath
Killswitch Engage
Coheed & Cambria
Circa Survive
Gallows (You heard it here 237th folks: Gallows
are this generation’s Nirvana! So pay attention.)
Y’all have sent some real stellar questions for these acts—they made me laugh, they made me cry, and they made me stop and reflect on life a while… so make sure to tune in and see if we ask them yours! We’ll be premiering all our east coast Warped coverage every Warped Wednesday through the end of August. And really, what better day for Warped coverage than Warped Wednesday, am I right people?
And here’s another spoiler alert for ya: The unconfirmed word on the street is that the Untitled crew just might be attending another rock music-oriented festival in the near future. You want a hint? It rhymes with Lollapalooza. Also, it is Lollapalooza! Oh dear, I have said too much. Don’t tell anyone, but keep your fingers crossed, rub your lucky rabbit’s foot, walk under a ladder and smash a mirror for this one, ‘cause they’ve got a frog-strangler of a lineup this year.
As always, keep your questions coming for Steven himself—with all these splendid queries torrentially pouring in for Boys Like Girls and Circa Survive and the like, he’s feeling really down and left out. And, of course, nothing is off limits—not whether his refrigerator is running, not whether, in 2004, he visited then Attorney-General Ashcroft in the hospital with the intent of pressuring him into reauthorizing the national surveillance program, not even why he has spent the last week staring into space on the verge of tears and cursing the name of J.K. Rowling under his breath!
Oooh I have to go, there’s a police chase on the TV!
TTFN!
(ta-ta for now!)
Andrew the Intern

Warp = Wrap Buenos Dias loyal Untitled fans! I hope this post finds you well and/or amazing. We the Untitled Crew are heading out yet again for more fun filled Vans Warped Tour awesomeness.
We'll be in the DC Metropolitan area Wednesday July 25th in Columbia, MD at Merriweather Post Pavilion which is totally kickass because it's a hometown show for me as I grew up in Virginia. Then ThursdayJuly 26th we'll be in Moosic, PA at the Toyota Pavilion At Montage Mountain. This too is exciting because we're near Scranton where the Office is based. Dunder Mifflin Represent! Come by and say hey. I would love to meet you.
As always we want your help in interviewing your favorite bands. You guys totally rocked it the last time we went out and now we ask for your humble help yet again. Please send us your queries on the following artistes:
The Starting Line
Boys Like Girls
Funeral For a Friend
Gallows
Underoath
Killswitch Engage
Hawthorne Heights
Coheed & Cambria
Circa Survive
Get creative, get crazy, put your rock journalist hat on and give us something we've never thought to ask. And be sure to check out punxdirtysecret.com for all the fun fun silly willyness of AP's Warped Tour parties. They kind of rule and stuff. Both AP and Warped. We do too. It's a good match. Or three.
Now while I'm away next week, filthy intern Andrew will yet again be rocking the interweb. Please judge him harshly and any of our other filthy little crew, Morgan or Cam. All three are well over four feet and bust their asses for this show. Maybe someday you could be one of our interns. Maybe.
Hugs to you all and see you at Warped!
Steven

Greetings my loyal minions of the unititled rock! Today's bulletin will not be the lengthiest as I have pulled a muscle in my left shoulder which is affecting my mad typing skills.
But Steven, your hands work independently of your shoulder muscles, why should that have any effect? An excellent question, and one I'll get back to you on. For now, let me tell you why I'm broken.
Your favorite Untitled Rock Host just interviewed Bad Brains. That's right, THE Bad Brains. You see there's the Ramones, there's the Sex Pistols, and then there's Bad Brains. They single-handedly changed how music was played and influenced the hell out of everybody. They also aren't known for doing much press and they came on our show. It was stressful and my shoulder is reeling from hunching so much. I can't wait for you to see it.
I also want to tell you about some uber-call Alternative Press after parties for the Warped Tour. Slide your clicker onto http://www.punxdirtysecret.com/ for party pictures and find out when and if the party is coming to a town near you. Or your town. We loves the AP and the Warped so bring the love.
I'm also obliged to alert you to a cool contest Fuse is throwing to get you some tickets to see Muse here in New York at Madison Square Garden. Swim on over to the fuse website (www.fuse.tv) and get all the mad details so you can enter to win tickets (plus plane tickets, some dough, a damn hotel room -- crap can I enter?) to see one of the most amazing live bands today.
Man, that's enough on my shoulder. I need ice!
FILTHY INTERN! FREEZE WATER FOR ME IMMEDIATELY!!!
your friend,
Steven

How. Cool. Are. You.
Seriously. I mean, seriously. HOW. COOL. ARE. YOU.
All
of you, each and everyone of you, ESPECIALLY those of you I finally got
to meet at the Warped Tour in Ventura and Mountain View, California.
I
was honored to spend time with you and put faces to all the amazing
Untitled Fans. You guys freakin rule and I'm the luckiest dude in the
world.
Thank you.
Howzabout that Warped Tour? Man, if it ain't awesome this year. The Untitled Crew got the pleasure of going to the kickoff party and seeing a little band called Bad Religion play. And not only did they play but Mr. Brett Guerwitz took the stage for a rare performance with his band. We also shared yam fries. This is true.
Opening for Bad Religion at this party and Warped secret weapon was the band Gallows. When you are at Warped go see this band. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, go see Gallows. You will not be disappointed. They played one Warped date and then got put on mainstage. That's how good they are.
We spent time with many of your favorite Warped bands and even got to see a couple play. The way it works for us is while we are interviewing everyone, all the bands are onstage, kind of sucks (really sucks) but that's the sacrifice we make to bring you the rock. We don't mind.
If you're out at Warped in the DC Metropolitan area or in Scranton Pennsylvania, come by the Fuse tent (they have free T-shirts) and say HEY. We'll be there, in all our Warped glory.
I have to give it up to my intern Andrew for completely outdoing me on our myspace bulletin, the untitledrockblog and for watering my plant. For if Fergus the Ficus was to fall ill, I would indeed sell the lad to the gypsies. Good writer, isn't he?
See you at the show.
your friend,
Steven

I recently came across your blog and have been reading about trauma therapy. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
