Popped Collars - America Debates

Go to any mall, frat party, school dance, football game, rock concert... pretty much anywhere, and you'll see it: the popped collar. So, are guys that do this not as cool as they think they are? Or are they, freakishly, absolutely as cool as they think they are? Hmmm...

I popped collars are back, but only some guys can pass it off! And the ones who can't are not as cool as they think!

Okay, what i think, is that any with a Popped collar just thinks theyre "badass".. which normally they really aren't "badass" they're just going with the trend. I mean if sticking your finiger up your nose all day was considered "Badass" than most dudes would probably fight over who has their finger farther up their nose.

I think that anybody who pops their collar wants attention and is only doing it because the "hip" people are.

Popping your collar is the most obvious sign that you are indeed a douche bag. It is not simply because it makes you look like a fool, but the offense lies in the action of popping the collar. No one pops their collar the same way they put on their socks, they are obviously infront a mirror popping it with the utmost enthusiasm and point at their reflection with two "Guns" and say, "Yeah, I know you, you're stylin'. You're hot stuff," or some such variation.

I pop my collar all the time.... Im a goodlooking guy i am not gonna hide that. Ultimately popped collars are in and "hot". I picked up this habbit at my prep school.... now im a 19 yr old college freshman. Popped collars are hot. screw all who oppose it and cant wear the look because u look like flamers.
