I’m really feeling that new Mr. Finley track “Sin City.” I’m not even from Vegas, but if I was this would be blasting through my radio 24/7.
Here’s the YouTube video to it:

Al Be Back has the ladies of NYC going crazy with his single "Mira, Mira". The single also features the self professed "King of Girls" Fabolous and can be found on Al Be Back's mixtape but you can download it HERE!
Twin sisters Nina Sky are back! This time they teamed up with Flo-Rida and Pitbull to remake the famous 80's track "Push It" by the ultimate female hip-hop duo Salt N Pepa! Listen and download HERE!

This past weekend I along with Freestyle Legends TKA and Rapper/Actor Albe Back (best known as Brooklyn from ATL the movie) repped for La Isla De Encanto (The Island of Enchantment) down 5th Ave. on the Frito-Lay float. TKA sang their hits "Maria", "Move Like This" and "Come Baby Come" and Albe Back performed his hit "Mira, Mira" that is blasting all over HOT 97. It was a great day the sun was shining and everyone was in great spirits! Iconic vocalist and guitarist Jose Feliciano was honored with the title of Godfather of the parade, salsa singer Victor Manuelle was The King of the festivities this year, and DJ Tony Touch was recognized with the Hip-Hop Legend Award.
Check out pics of the event below!

Damn! It feels like Spring '94 all over again the way all these mixtapes are poppin' up on the scene. This past week I was put on to a couple of dope mixtapes that I think you guys will appreciate so I decided to share!
The first tape is from my homeboy's (shout to J.O.) homeboy Curtis Santiago, who's been on the scene for some time now breaking down barriers and opening peoples minds to think outside the box! Rapping, singing, hip-hop, or rock Curtis owns it all and with a little help from Uncle Jesse and Michelle Tanner (yes, from Full House) and DJ Mick Boogie Curtis was able to bring us a mixtape filled w/ mash-ups of some of the hottest joints from your favorite artists favorite artist on Have Mercy.
Sidenote: One of my favorite tracks on the mixtape is the 'Kings of Leon' joint!
Next up is The Kid Daytona who proudly reps The BX, (Bronx, N.Y.) He also decided to team up with DJ Mick Boogie (I think Mick might be on to something here) along with some of the most innovating producers out now to bring us Daytona 500 a mixtape that will take you on a nostalgic trip to when you were a kid and jazzed out to A Tribe Called Quest or laughed at a Slick Rick rhyme. I recently learned Daytona asked all the producers on this project to sample jazz musician Bob James' 'Nautilus' which Ghostface sampled on his track 'Daytona 500' --- Nice!
And, if you're looking for some more Kid Cudi tunes to hold you over til his album drops download the Stoner Charm mixtape for 'Dat New, New' and other hot joints...enjoy!

Brooklyn bred and internationally informed rapper K. Bain
is breaking stereotypes one goal at a time. He's graduated top of his
class, traveled the world, and owns his own business(es). Through his
accomplishments Bain hopes to inspire the youth to follow his lead of
getting educated, becoming independent thinkers, and creating their own
destinies. Since getting "put on" to K. Bain I've been spreading the
word on what he can bring to the game. He was my invited guest on
Streetsweeper Radio a few weeks ago and shone alongside legendary Wu
member Raekwon. Recently I was privileged to work alongside him on the
set of his video for "Came A Long Way"
shot in Brooklyn, stay tuned to check out the final cut of the video
right here! For now you can download his single "Came A Long
Way" RIGHT HERE!
patiently waiting for my cameo...
